          Policy updated since April 15, 2024. The “Cancel Order” and “Order Modification” policies do not apply to orders placed before April 15, 2024.

          WHEN AND HOW TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION OF MY ORDER?

          If you realize that you have made a mistake when filling in your shipping information or purchasing, simply email us at service@vlemoro.com within 24 hours. Please check the order confirmation email, which is sent to you right after your order is placed, to verify all the information.

          WHEN DO I GET THE TRACKING NUMBER?

          All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

          The in-store process for stock preparation and packaging will take about 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, tracking information will become available and will be sent to you.

          Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 working days from the day you completed your payment.

          If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

          HOW TO CHECK MY PACKAGE?

          When your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

          To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided through the USPS tracking system or via 17TRACK.

          WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

          The estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:

          Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase Date + 2–5 Business Days (Processing) + Estimated Shipping Time

          You can receive your order on or before the Estimated Delivery Date.

          There may typically be a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it is processed at USPS facilities in the United States. This usually takes between 2–7 days on average.

          RISK-FREE SHIPPING

          If, for whatever reason, your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price of that item. This is our promise to you.

          If your order is missing, please let us know at service@vlemoro.com. We will investigate the issue, which usually takes 3–5 business days, and send you another package after we reach a conclusion.

          CUSTOMS AND TAXES

          The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.

          Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

          Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

          WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

          It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.

          Please double-check the address you enter, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

          If the order arrives in your country and:

          • The customer refuses to accept the package; or

          • Multiple delivery attempts are made in the destination country;

          we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
